Whether you\u2019re staying here as a guest at our Tribute Portfolio hotel or not, we welcome you to enjoy the smorgasbord without any of the usual logistical headaches of doing your own Turkey Day shebang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Chef Mike Trudnak and his team have planned out quite the menu for this Aurora Thanksgiving celebration. For the first course, you\u2019ll be able to choose between a Roasted Sweet Potato Soup, a Pork Belly Slider (complete with cranberry BBQ sauce and Napa slaw), or a lavish Harvest Salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The main entr\u00e9e comes next, and suffice it to say you may struggle to make a decision\u2014such are the temptations Chef Trudnak has orchestrated for the Thanksgiving table centerpiece. There\u2019s Traditional Roast Turkey, naturally, accompanied by smashed Yukon potatoes, haricot verts, herbed bread pudding, and pan gravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But you\u2019re also likely to be tempted by the Pan Seared Trout served with horseradish, roasted root vegetables, haricot verts, bacon lardons, and lemon, plus the Petite Filet Medallion & Prawn with its charred asparagus, smashed Yukon taters, and brandy peppercorn sauce. Then there\u2019s the perfectly autumnal Roasted Acorn Squash with pumpkin risotto, local harvest veggies, and blackberry gastrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There\u2019ll also be a kids menu, by the way, available for diners 11 years old and younger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Whatever you do, just save some room for dessert. It\u2019ll be sheer perfection of a Thanksgiving culinary finish! Aurora\u2019s Thanksgiving dessert menu includes a Pumpkin Mousse, a cheese board featuring crackers, fruit, and chutney, and\u2014most lavish of all\u2014the White Dwarf. That\u2019s a white-chocolate balloon dome paired with salted caramel ice cream, a blondie brownie, and candied walnuts, the whole affair melted tableside by rum-flavored caramel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
